1. Add tea bag to cup
2. Add hot water to cup
3. Add two – or three – teaspoons of sweetened condensed milk to cup
4. Add two – or three – HEAPED teaspoons of sugar to cup
5. Attempt to dissolve all that sugar in any remaining water.
